Meeting with people when the pressure is on is always tough. That’s especially true when you feel a cold coming on. Being in the spotlight during an interview can make dealing with oncoming symptoms even more difficult. But if rescheduling is not an option, you need to power through. Here are a few tips to consider to help you get through it.

1. Use your head and plan ahead

Having a game plan and ample time to prepare always serves you well. That starts with a good night's sleep.
