Acetaminophen: used to relieve mild to moderate pain and to reduce fever.
Chlorpheniramine: an antihistamine. It helps relieve itchy, watery eyes; sneezing, and runny nose caused by allergies, hay fever, and the common cold.
Dextromethorphan: used to help relieve coughs due to colds.
Phenylephrine: used for the temporary relief of congestion or stuffiness in the nose caused by hay fever or other allergies, colds, or sinus congestion.
Diphenhydramine: an antihistamine. Helps relieve itchy, watery eyes, sneezing, and runny nose caused by hay fever, allergies, and the common cold. It is also used to help relieve coughing caused by minor throat or airway irritation.
Pheniramine: an antihistamine which helps relieve some symptoms of the common cold, such as sneezing and runny nose.
Guaifenesin: thins the mucus in the air passages and makes it easier to cough up the mucus and clear the airways.
